With instruction and demonstration relevant to you or your childs age, you can learn the more advanced techniques passed down from the academy of cossack riding from Russia.The yard is geared as a fun place where kids will not only learn to ride and do stunts but will also learn how to take care of horses and to see these animals as really nobel beings that deserve alot of love and respect from us, their humans! We are not a competitive yard and aim more to build confidence, learn life skills and develop into good confident and caring riders. We do cater for the film and commercial industry by offering fully trained horses and riders to perform the tasks neccessary to make amazing film work. Quinton Krog, who has the lead role in the soon to be released film : Tornado and the Kalahari Horse Whisperer was trained by us. Elbrus, the owner and head trainer of the Academy, has a long list of Movies, Commercials, and Events that he's been involved in, recently the Warner Brothers production 10000 BC was his latest achievment filming in the mountains of New Zealand, the forests of South Africa and the Namib Desert.
